Known for her messages of encouragement, Rhovonda Brown's devotionals and words of comfort have been encouraging people all over the world. She is the author, of three Amazon bestsellers, two devotional books, and a children's book. She is a pastor, educator, inspirational speaker, and mentor.

​Rhovonda Brown has over two decades of experience educating, training, and mentoring youth and adults. She brings her expert skills in planning, developing and implementing programs for youth and adults, and her commitment to volunteering and serving the community.

Rhovonda Brown is the creator of the Walking in Freedom! Workshop and Retreat, founder and executive director of Martha & Mary Ministries, Walking in Freedom, and co-founder and co-pastor of The Sanctuary Christian Fellowship Church. She inspires millions to walk in freedom and find courage and hope to overcome life’s challenges.

​Rhovonda Brown has a Master of Education w/Curriculum Instruction and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She continues to advance in her knowledge and skills to effectively meet the needs of the community.

ARNECIA GLENN

Executive Treasurer

Arnecia Glenn is a native Houstonian. She studied Healthcare management and proceeded to work in the healthcare industry for 25 years. She has over 15 years of strategic planning, budgeting and reimbursement analysis along with a good working knowledge of the charge capturing reconciliation process. Arnecia Glenn has been in leadership for over 15 years and currently serves as Manager of Operations for the Surgical Services Business unit.

Arnecia Glenn has one son she loves dearly and she’s passionate about work-life balance to ensure she spends quality time with her family. She has a desire to help people prepare for their future careers but especially for those whom have been displaced or starting over in life.

Arnecia Glenn believes that it takes a village that prays and works together to develop and grow a positive and thriving nation.

DESHUNDRA ELLIS

Executive Secretary

Deshundra Ellis is from West Columbia, Texas. She is an Early Childhood Specialist who has worked in the early childhood profession for 10 years. For 6 years Deshundra Ellis has worked as a lead teacher. As a lead teacher, Deshundra Ellis have planned activities, maintain a safe environment and created reports of observations.

Deshundra Ellis has effective communication skills. She is extremely flexibility and patience. Deshundra Ellis is currently a master teacher at Children's Learning Adventure.

Deshundra Ellis has a heart and passion for children and families. Children are the next generation and it is important to nurtured and guide them in the right direction.
